Description/Blazon

On a red field, the USAREUR-AF distinctive unit insignia above a gold scroll doubled red, edged gold on the reverse, inscribed “USAREUR-AF BAND” in blue letters, all between six gold bands, two at top on each side and one on each side at base; displaying the band’s World War II campaign credits.     


Background

The regalia was originally authorized 22 September 1976 for the 33d United States Army Band. The regalia was redesignated 25 May 2007 for the United States Army Europe Band.  The regalia was redesignated 23 August 2021 for the United States Army Europe and Africa Band.
